The River Severn floods on quite a regular basis, but once in a while it produces a deluge on such a large scale that it makes the national news.
Here are 2 outside broadcast vans I caught on standby beside a field in Gloucester during one of the floods in the late 90's.
One is Newsforce, the other ITN.
