No prizes for guessing what this shop sold or what year it was photographed.
It's Banners 'n' Balloons in Gloucester in 1999.
You may have spotted that despite it had an "Open" sign in the window, it didn't appear to have a door - well that's because the entrance was at the side of the building around the corner.
Also, because of the kind of shop it was, the 'No Entry' sign outside it looked like a balloon on a stick!
I had to write the caption in the past tense because the shop is no longer there.
