Two similar kind of shots here featuring droopy trees in front of office blocks.
The one at the top with the weeping willow was taken in Gloucester in the mid 90's and the office block belonged to the college. This building is no longer on the go now as it was demolished about 2 years ago.
The other picture with the laburnum was taken on the outskirts of Cheltenham around the early 2000's and the blue/grey glass building is still there as far as I know.
