I found Saddam Hussein hiding in the top pipe shaft and spotted Muammar Gaddafi hiding in the lower pipe shaft, but I told both of them to beat it and go find some other shafts to hide in!
Anyway, enough of this nonsense, both of these pipes were snapped in the late 90's and were located in the Port Ham area.
