TWO TRADITIONAL COTTAGES

Two nice examples of the traditional kind of cottage you find around the Cotswolds area.
The top image is of a Tudor beamed cottage with typical cottage garden, and this one was at a place called Boxbush.
The 2nd image is of a thatched cottage with a typical Cotswolds stone wall surrounding it, and this one was in Brookthorpe.
So because this pair were particularly picturesque, I decided to give them a kind of painterly treatment, and both photos were taken in 1996.
