I couldn't help notice these arty banners protruding from a building in Newnham as I was cycling through the town centre.
They all seem to have an Afrocentric kind of look so I'm guessing they may have been advertising an art exhibition or festival that was taking place at the time.
This would have been around the mid/late 90's period.
Made a nice change from hanging baskets anyway!
