This is the outside entrance area to Monks Bar, which was a dungeon like pub below ground and part of the Fleece Hotel in Gloucester.
Monks Bar had bouts of being a youthful music venue during various stages of its life but it closed it's doors a few years ago and I'm not too sure if it has since reopened under a different name.
This picture I took goes back to around the late 90's/early 00's.
