This photo of Peters Bar in Cheltenham was taken in the mid 90's, and although the premises is still a pub, it was transformed into its present incarnation of O'Neills, many years ago.
Peters was a great Cheltenham institution, particularly at the times of the cricket festivals when players from both sides would enjoy convivial drinks after stumps. Yes, in those days players enjoyed themselves!
I remember drinking in here as a young man with my father and some his friends in the early and mid-nineties. Those were the days. Draft bass on tap.
